Measurement + Assessment + Planning = Success

We build leaders, that build leaders.

Each summer our talented group of writers and facilitators develop fresh, original curriculum for the upcoming year of team trainings to ensure past teams always receive a unique and quality experience. This is also means our session library is quite expansive allowing us to tailor a private MAPS experience to the team’s specific needs. Teams can count on each MAPS experience, whether it’s a one or two day training, to include connecting with your team, growing both as individuals and together as a team, measuring and assessing previous performance and planning for a successful year.

Topic Examples:
  • Leadership vs Management

  • Setting Priorities and Boundaries

Frequently asked questions

Can multiple teams do this at once?

Yes! We often host high school officer teams from different schools from the same organizations for a multi-team MAPS. This allows students to not only meet others, but grow from each other

Can we customize the length of the training?

Yes! In a private MAPS we customize to the needs to your team. In our multi-team sessions, it is best to stick to an agreed schedule.

How are educators trained?

Extensive hours have been dedicated to in-depth research and literature review on leadership and organizational management. We often leverage tools such as Enneagram and Working Genius, offering teams valuable frameworks for self-awareness and application in their daily activities. While various effective tools exist, our core philosophy centers around universal leadership and team principles. Specifically we are guided by the known, noticed, and missed theory of community.

What types of teams do you train?
MAPS is designed to be applicable to most youth teams, but many of our teams are FFA officer teams. We have found MAPS to be effective for church groups, to college FBLA teams, and even high school basketball teams!
