Don't just step into the next chapter, STRIDE into the next chapter!

Next steps are exciting, important, and necessary - but that doesn't make them easy! Whether you've never had a resume or need to simply improve yours, have no clue where to start or find scholarships or need some additional proofreading eyes, or have NO clue how to answer "So, tell me about yourself", we are equipped to assist!

How you can take STRIDE:

Join our Cohort!

The Stride Cohort will be no more than 6 students per group who are ready to intentionally take stride into college. Each month (January-April) we meet once as a cohort and once one on one with Abby or Maile to hold each other accountable and work on necessary professional items including resumes, cover letters, interview tips, and of course, scholarship essay review!

If the next step is not college (and instead the work-force for example), but are seeking guidance and connections, please indicate this and given enough interest, will be a separate cohort!

How to join the cohort

Step 1: Complete the interest form (found below)

Step 2: Send the intake form to abby@tlcaurora.org

Step 3: The D4LC team will review the form to ensure STRIDE is the right program for you. If you do not receive confirmation of submission within 48 hours, please call our office at 402 694 3934

Step 4: After review, the D4LC team will confirm that STRIDE is the right program for you or suggest another opportunity and send further information on the meeting schedule.
