We specialize in customization to ensure your group has the best workshop possible and that no group sees a repeat session, but because of our experience, we realize there are some topics that work for just about any group:
Goal Setting and Vision Boards
There's more to goals than just making them S.M.A.R.T. Most of the time you need to be extracted from regular life, with new, motivating people to help determine where your next steps are. Then, we like to pair goal sessions with vision boarding as it is scientifically proven to make you more likely to accomplish that goal!
Setting Personal and Team Priorities
Nothing is important when everything is important. We find our priorities sessions to not only be impactful for our teams, but also individuals. Students are often at the mercy of the opinions of their parents, coaches, teachers, group leaders, etc. and forget to put their own input in on what is most important
Leadership v.s. Management
Time and time again we hear students answer "What is your leadership style?" they pause, get a little flustered, and say "Well I lead by example". Leadership is an ambiguous word, but we break it down very simply. In part by proving it's more than showing a good example and more than "management"
A Connected Community
You matter and your students matter. Do they realize though just HOW MUCH they matter in their community? Do they realize truly how connected a community is? Attendees leave this workshop feeling valued and motivated to continue strengthening their community.
